Yay! SNES9x Emulator!!

I have the SNES 9x Emulator. Problem is, I wanna play Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars but I cannot find the ROM. Does anyone have a link to a free Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars ROM? Please, comment the link! Please! Cool thing is, SNES 9x Comes with Game Genie!
